Mai Pham’s legacy lives on through "Mai Garlic Noodles," the food truck that was once "California Garlic Noodles." After Mai’s sudden passing, her best friend—who had dreamed of opening a restaurant with her—took over the truck to honor her memory.

Renamed in Mai’s honor, the truck continues to serve the beloved garlic noodles she perfected. Each dish keeps her spirit alive, and her son KJ often visits, learning from the truck and cherishing his mother’s impact on the community. Through "Mai Garlic Noodles," Mai’s hard work and dreams are preserved, ensuring her legacy endures.
